For niche or specialized roles, the timeline may be longer to ensure quality. We work with you to set realistic expectations up front.

    We use a comprehensive screening process: resume evaluation, skills assessments (where relevant), interviews, reference or background checks, and based on your job requirements, may also validate certifications or other credentials. Our goal is to present you only with candidates who closely match your needs.

  • What types of staffing services do you offer?

    Temporary / contract staffing for short-term needs or project-based work Permanent placement for full-time hires Contract-to-hire / temp-to-perm arrangements giving flexibility while evaluating the fit HR & administrative support (on request) such as onboarding help, payroll/benefits coordination (depending on the client’s needs)
